CASTLEFIELD CULINARY CENTRE

The project entails creating a cooking school and food market that fosters a sense of community and allows people to enjoy freshly prepared food together. To achieve this vision, I aimed to unite the people of Manchester and drew inspiration from the iconic Manchester worker bee symbol, which symbolizes the industrious past of its people during the Industrial Revolution. In designing and constructing the building, I incorporated the concepts of connectivity, the beehive structure, and the unique characteristics of the site.
